Mousterlin Cottage is a comfortable and cosy place to stay on the southern coast of Brittany. It is located in close proximity (approx. 300 m) to the Atlantic Ocean. In this area the ocean is quite shallow, so during the summer months the water warms up well — perfect for swimming! The gently sloping beach is also safe for children. Moreover, the long and wide local beach has a Blue Flag eco-label.

If you prefer a little more variety, you can go fishing. We will provide you with a kayak and a bike, so you can explore the beautiful surroundings. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, spend the day in the beautiful garden. In the evening, you can have a barbecue on the terrace. While falling asleep, the ocean will whisper you a lullaby.

The charming town of Quimper — the capital of the Finistère department of Brittany — is only 17 kilometers away. Other sightseeing highlights in the area are Pointe du Raz (65 km), Pont-Aven (32 km), Concarneau (17 km) and Huelgoat (80 km). In summer, there are many popluar music festivals in the region, such as Vieilles Charrues Festival or Festival Interceltique in Lorient.

In the village Mousterlin there are bakery, cafe, bar, 2 restaurants, and a creperie. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
